Vibrator Harness

A person in a white bodysuit has a Magic Wand style vibrator hanging directly underneath the crotch, with the head of the vibrator pressed against the crotch. An overhand loop of rope is wedged against the shaft of the vibrator. The rope ends have been split and come around the hips from opposite sides, making reverse tensions on the loop.

Tying a vibrator to person is hard. After a lot of experimentation, we think we’ve found a pretty good way to do it, but we should warn you that this is a fiddly technique that requires good control of tension. You may find that you need to modify it to work well with your body or vibrator.

Step by step

A closeup view of the head of a Magic Wand style vibrator. It has a large white drum-shaped head, connected to the body of the vibrator by a thin blue shaft. Next to the vibrator is a doubled blue rope with an overhand knot tied in the bight, leaving a three inch long loop.

1Tie an overhand loop in the rope.

The knot and loop should be about as long as the neck and head of the vibrator.

The base of the overhand knot is snug against the right side of the blue shaft of the vibrator. The ends of the rope are split, with one going around one side of the shaft and one going around the other side of the shaft. They meet on the left side of the shaft, where they are tied together with a square knot.

2Slip the rope over the vibrator, with the knot wedged against the neck and the loop lying on the head.

Tie a square knot behind the neck of the vibrator to hold it securely in place.

The vibrator is hanging directly underneath the crotch, with the head pressed firmly into the bottom of the crotch. The loop faces forward and is stretched up over the head of the vibrator. The two ends of the rope have been split and come around the body on either side, passing over the hips. Each one passes through the loop and is pulled up and out at an angle, making a reverse tension. For now, the lines are held in place by hand.

3Place the vibrator where you like it. Run each rope end back between the legs and around one leg, returning to the front.

Pass the ends through the loop and reverse tension to snug the vibrator into place.

The two ends of the rope go around and behind the body, emerging on opposite sides. They are pulled in place by the hands.

4Pass the right end around the hip, behind the back, and around to the front.

Repeat the process with the left end and adjust tension.

The rope that attached to the left side of the loop passed around the left hip, behind the back, and around the right hip. It now crosses over the front of the body and under itself, making a reverse tension about two inches above the place where it goes through the loop. The process is repeated with the other rope, making the entire harness symmetrical.

5Cross the ends over each other in front.

Pass each line under itself near where it exits the loop and make a reverse tension.

6Finish the harness with a square knot.

For extra stability and better vibration, you can tie the body of the vibrator to a leg.
