Our Covid policies are created by our staff physician/epidemiologist, who regularly updates them based on the latest science. These policies are current as of April 29 2022.

All attendees must provide proof of current Covid vaccination.

All attendees must wear face masks at all times except when drinking.

We will do our best to accommodate medical exemptions Covid-related accommodations. Please contact us before your class to speak to our staff physician.

Our Covid policies

We screen all attendees for symptoms. Please do not attend if you have any Covid-like symptoms, regardless of whether you believe you have Covid and regardless of your testing status.

All attendees must provide proof of current Covid vaccination. If you have a medical exemption or need any kind of Covid-related accommodation, please contact us before the event to speak to our staff physician.

All attendees must wear face masks at all times except when drinking.

Instructors will wear face masks at all times except when presenting to the class.

Instructors will take an antigen test immediately before the event.

We work closely with our venues to optimize ventilation. We try to achieve 5 air turnovers per hour, but that is not always possible.

As of April 29 2022, we calculate the risk of attending one of our in-person classes to be approximately 713 microCOVIDs if you wear an N95 mask.

Our guiding principles

Because we believe in informed consent, we do our best to provide accurate information about our Covid policies and the risk of our events.

Because we believe in inclusion and accessibility, we do our best to minimize the Covid risk of our events. Nobody likes wearing masks, but we wear them in order to make our events more accessible to people who are medically vulnerable.
